Provide a clear description under Fault Description. (Optional) Provide helpful photo or video files under Attachments. Tap Confirm. 5. Submit Your Ticket: When the pop-up appears, tap "Try Now" to let the built-in AI assistant attempt to resolve the issue for you instantly, or tap "Troubleshooting Anyway" to send your ticket directly to the technical support queue.

Wait 10 seconds to ensure the battery powers off, then turn off the "PV ARRAY D.C. ISOLATOR". 2. Open Gateway Front Cover: Open the front cover of your Sigenergy Gateway. 3. Turn Off Alternative Isolator: Turn off the "MAIN ISOLATOR (ALTERNATIVE)". 4. Turn Off Inverter Breakers: Turn off the circuit breakers for inverter(s) labelled "MAIN SWITCH (INVERTER)" (and "MAIN SWITCH (INVERTER 2 & 3)" if in use). 5. Turn Off Grid & Smart Loads: Turn off the "MAIN ISOLATOR (GRID)" followed by any circuit breakers for Smart Loads (such as "GENERATOR") if connected. 6. To Turn System Back ON: Follow the exact reverse sequence steps: 5, 6, 4, 3, 2, then 1.
